By accessing or using our Services, whether as a registered user or visitor, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our Services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before using our Services.

## Eligibility

Our Services are intended solely for users who are 13 years of age or older (16 in the European Union). By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet the applicable age requirement and are competent to agree to and comply with this Agreement.

## Account Registration and Access

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

- Provide accurate and current information;
- Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials;
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches;
- Be fully responsible for all use of your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we suspect you have violated this Agreement or engaged in unauthorized use.

## Service Scope and Modifications

PaperMap.ai provides tools for querying data in plain language, get real-time insights from live tools like Google Sheets, Excel, Shopify, and automating actions instantly from those insights. We may update or modify the Services from time to time, including adding or removing features. These updates may be subject to additional terms, and your continued use constitutes agreement to such changes.

We reserve the right to discontinue the Services, in whole or in part, without prior notice or liability.

Our system is built to deliver high-quality insights using the latest advances in artificial intelligence. We rigorously test and continuously improve our technology to ensure accuracy and reliability. However, AI is not infallible, it may occasionally produce errors or misinterpret data. Please double-check critical outputs and use your judgment before making important decisions.

## Subscription Fees, Billing & Renewal

### Charges

Some aspects of the Services are available for a fee ("Paid Services"). Fees may be charged on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as otherwise agreed). All fees are:

- Non-refundable unless explicitly stated;
- Charged in advance;
- Subject to change with notice.

By subscribing, you authorize PaperMap.ai or its third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

### Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the billing period. You authorize us to collect the renewal fees using your saved payment method unless you cancel.

### Cancellation and Refunds

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellations are effective at the end of the billing cycle. Refunds are not guaranteed and will be issued at our discretion.

### Failed Payments

If payment is not received or fails, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access. We will contact you before taking such action.

## Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including but not limited to all software, algorithms, data structures, documentation, designs, user interfaces, and branding, are and shall remain the exclusive property of PaperMap.ai and its licensors. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Services solely for their intended purpose in accordance with this Agreement.

## Copyright Infringement and DMCA Policy

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on our platform infringes your copyrights, you may submit a notice in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) by providing the following information:

- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent;
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed;
- Identification of the infringing material and its location;
- Your contact details;
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is unauthorized;
- A statement that the information is accurate and you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner.

We reserve the right to remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringer accounts.

## Acceptable Use and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services. Specifically, you agree not to:

- Access or attempt to access the Services through any means other than the interfaces provided by PaperMap.ai;
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, threatening, or abusive purposes;
- Upload or distribute viruses, malware, or harmful software;
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation;
- Exploit, circumvent, or probe the Services for vulnerabilities without authorization;
- Use the Services to infringe on any intellectual property rights of others;
- Violate applicable law or regulation, including data protection and privacy laws;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the platform;
- Engage in spamming, phishing, or unauthorized promotional messages;
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract the source code or proprietary algorithms of our Services.

Violations of this policy may result in suspension or termination of your account.

## Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause or notice, at our sole discretion.

Upon termination:

- Your right to use the Services will cease immediately;
- We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period;
- Any accrued rights or liabilities will survive termination.

You may terminate your use at any time by discontinuing access and, where applicable, ceasing payment for any subscriptions.

## Disclaimer of Warranties

PaperMap.ai provides the Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

- Merchantability;
- Fitness for a particular purpose;
- Non-infringement;
- Availability, accuracy, reliability, or error-free operation.

We do not guarantee that the Services will be secure, uninterrupted, or free from bugs or harmful components.

## Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PaperMap.ai, its affiliates, directors, employees, agents, or licensors shall not be liable for:

- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages;
- Loss of profits, data, or business;
- Service interruptions, even if we were advised of the possibility;
- Any damages exceeding the total amount paid by you to PaperMap.ai in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

These limitations apply regardless of the legal theory and remain in effect even if a remedy fails of its essential purpose.

## Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

## Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution: We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any disputes before pursuing legal action.

Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled through final and binding arbitration.

No Class Actions: You agree to resolve disputes with us on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

## Trial and Evaluation Services

PaperMap.ai may offer free trials or beta versions of its Services. Such trials are provided for evaluation only and are subject to change or termination at any time. All trial access is governed by these Terms, and PaperMap.ai disclaims any liability for loss of data or service interruptions during or after the trial period.

If you convert to a paid plan following a trial, your data and settings may be retained, subject to compatibility and system availability.

## Miscellaneous

- **Entire Agreement:** This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and PaperMap.ai.
- **Severability:** If any provision is held invalid, the remainder shall remain enforceable.
- **Waiver:** Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver.
- **Assignment:** You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement freely.
- **Force Majeure:** We shall not be liable for failure or delay due to causes beyond our control.
